Digital City Paid Parking FAQs

General Information - On Street Parking

Parking is available on the street in designated bays marked by white lines, with adjacent signage indicating on-street parking areas. Off-street parking is available to the public in lots TE01 and PK01. Additionally, there are off-street parking areas exclusively for registered tenants, which are not for public use.

You can visit the Digital City website on https://digitalcity.com.sa/ or https://www.mawgif.com/ or through the Mawgif mobile phone application. The application can be downloaded from the App Store or using your Web Browser the keywords "Mawgif" or "Mawgif App" or by scanning the QR code on the pay and display machines.

On-Street Parking:

Parking tarrifs are subject to change. Prices are only valid at the time of pre -booking or on the day you park.

Parking is available 24/7. On-Street parking has a maximum stay period of 24 hours. Please check the Mawgif app or signage at the location for the maximum stay period at your parking zone or car park.

This would result in a penalty notice being issued which will be placed on the windscreen of the vehicle. Non payment of the charge notice, could result in clamping or vehicle removal to the digital city car pound located at PK01. Registered users of the mobile application will receive a notification if their vehicle have received a penalty charge.

If your vehicle has been removed it will be towed to the dedicated Car Pound located at Digital City. To reclaim your vehicle go to the Parking Office which is located behind PK01. You will need to pay the towing fee and any storage charges due.

Yes. These can be identified markings on the road or in car parks and/or signs adjacent to the space.

Yes a free bus service is available operated by Digital City, public transportation can be found running from PK01 car park to 7 bus stops located around Digital City. A map will be available on website in the near future, which will identify bus stop locations.

Pre Booking

Yes, it is possible to book for events and special occasions. You can book up to 12 months in advance and book at the rate payable at the time of your booking. There is a limit to the number of pre-booked spaces. Check online how many spaces are available at mawgif.com

Visa, MasterCard, Mada and Apple Pay are accepted.

The online booking site employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption software, the industry standard, to encrypt all your personal information, including your name and credit or debit card number. In addition to SSL, transactions are processed in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). Mawgif is responsible for safeguarding all your data.

Please proceed to an automated parking payment machine and pay for any additional fees before exiting. Once payment has been made proceed to the exit and scan the confirmation QR code at the machine which will grant you exit.

Yes, you will receive a reminder email 1 hour and 15 minutes before the expiry of your booking. This is not currently available by SMS.

Take the ticket from the entry machine to gain entry. Once you have parked please see the customer service attendant or visit the Parking Office.

In many cases the car park will read your number plate utilizing our Automated Number Plate Recognition “ANPR” technology. This means the barriers will recognize that you have pre-booked and allow you to exit without you having to scan your QR code at the exit. However, if the ANPR camera does not read your license plate, you should scan your booking QR code at the exit machine.
