Making a car park booking

*Please make sure your mobile phone screen brightness is set to at least 50% when scanning QR code at the entry.*

It is possible to book up to 12 months ahead of your travel date. You will be protected from any price changes by pre-booking.

You can amend or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your time of arrival by going online and using the Manage My Booking feature. If you cancel your booking within this timeframe, your fees will be refunded respectively. If you fail to cancel your booking prior to 24 hours of the start of the booking, your booking will not be refunded. If you amend your booking, new parking charges will be calculated.

Please proceed to an automated parking payment machine to pay for any additional fees before exiting. After payment has been finalized, proceed to the exit and scan the confirmation QR code at the exit machine, which will grant you exit access.

No, you are not able to change, cancel or amend the booking once started. However, if you overstay, you will be able to make a payment for additional time at any Automatic Ticket Machine. Additional cost will be same as posted rate on the tariff board.

Yes, it is possible to book parking on the day of travel.

No, there is no minimum stay. However, each car park does have a minimum charge.

Car parks are priced per 24-hour period or part thereof. The number of days (24-hour periods) charged for when you pre-book is calculated on the basis of the times you select when making your booking. However, if your actual entry and exit time changes and as a result your actual time in the car park runs into another 24-hour period (over and above the time booked), you will be liable for additional parking charges. All prices shown are in AED and inclusive of VAT.

Parking prices are adjusted and subject to change. Quotes are only valid at the time of booking.

Pre-booking customers may benefit from special offers not available to drive-up customers.

Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

No credit card fees, or any other hidden charges are applied to your booking.

The online booking site uses Secure Sockets Layer “SSL” encryption software, which is the industry standard. It encrypts all your personal information - including name and credit or debit card number. In addition to SSL, the transactions are processed through Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard “PCI.”

Some car parks may have height restrictions. Please check the car park details before booking by clicking the information icon.

All car parks are equipped with a number plate recognition system that captures your license plate at all entry and exit points. Although this information is captured, you still need to scan the QR code at the entry to gain access into the car park.

Once you have completed the booking process, you will receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number and QR code. You should print out the confirmation email or utilize your mobile phone to scan the QR code at the entry barrier. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at [email protected].

You can retrieve your booking reference number in the Manage my booking section of the web site by entering your email address.

Have your booking confirmation email printed out or on your mobile phone. Scan the confirmation QR code at the entry ticket dispenser machine. Please make sure your mobile phone screen brightness is set to at least 50% when scanning QR code at the entry. This will grant you entry access. Proceed to park in any open space within the car park.

Have your booking confirmation email printed out or on your mobile phone. If you exceeded your pre-booked time period, please proceed to an automated parking payment machine to pay for any additional fees before exiting. Scan the confirmation QR code at the exit machine, which will grant you exit access. In many cases the car park will read your number plate utilizing our Automated Number Plate Recognition “ANPR” technology. This means the barriers will recognize that you have pre-booked and allow you to exit without you having to scan your QR code at the exit. However, if the ANPR camera does not read your license plate properly, you should scan your booking QR code at the exit barrier machine.

Press the ticket button at the entry machine and take a parking ticket to enter the car park. Upon your return, visit a customer service office near an exit. Present your booking confirmation to the customer service agent, and your parking ticket will be validated allowing you to exit.

Some car parks, particularly multi-story car parks, are unable to accept oversized vehicles. This information can be found by clicking on the individual car park name on the parking product selection page.

If your car will not start when you return from your journey, please visit the nearest customer service attendant within the car park or parking office. If your vehicle needs a jump start, the attendant will arrange for one. Customers must sign a disclaimer prior to receiving the jump start.

If your flight is delayed or changed, and you exceed your pre-booked exit time, you will be charged for the additional time. Additional charges will be calculated at the prevailing drive-up tariff. Please proceed to the nearest parking payment machine and scan your QR code to pay for additional charges.

You will not receive a refund for any unused time.

Contact police if your car is damaged while in the car park. Mawgif is not liable for any damages while your car is parked.

There is a 15-minute grace period for customers arriving to the car park. (i.e., if your booking reservation starts at 3:00 pm, you can enter the car park anytime from 2:45 pm).

You can enter the car park anytime between your booking reservation start time and end time. (i.e., if your booking reservation starts at 3:00 pm and ends at 10:00 pm, you can enter the car park anytime from 2:45 pm – 10:00 pm).

Yes, you will receive a reminder email before the expiry of your booking.

Yes, you can enter the car park with another plate number.

No, your QR code will only grant you access to the car park that you pre-booked.
